1/48 Tamiya P-51B Mustang
I had met Lee Archer at the Gathering of Mustangs and Legends in Columbus, OH. A very classy guy. When he passed away in January, I decided it was time to build his mount. I used the Tamiya kit, Eduard color photoetch set and the decals from the Accurate Miniatures kit. I finshed this in February, building awfully fast for me.

Nice one.
You might want to lay the flats of your tires flat. There was a time when a short littlle internet troll would pop up and yell about the non-filled panels on the wing of a Mustang build. -RD

Wheels and Wing Panel Lines...
The friggin wheels looked flat on the workbench, maybe some night after a couple of beers I'll try to break them loose and fix that...
I have a Tamiya D Pony in the works that I filled the wing panel lines in with super glue. I ain't doing that again, I don't care how accurate it is....
